Bud Cummins slams prosecutor’s decision to not press charges against ATF agent in fatal shooting

Former U.S. attorney Bud Cummins, who represents the family of Brian Malinowski who was killed by ATF agents during a raid on his home, blasts an Arkansas prosecuting attorney’s final report of the March raid. Cummins says 28 seconds was not a “reasonable” amount of time for Malinowski, a Little Rock airport administrator, to answer the door and submit to ATF agents’ authority.
