The Bible: From a Humanist's Perspective WWY L67

In this 2-part series on the Bible, we are going to continue where we left off on the last livestream, L66, where we talked about the validity of the Bible. In that livestream, I gave some proofs of the Bible. But with today’s focus on science, knowledge, and technology being idolized (yes there is actually a church of AI), many people are falling under the allure of these discoveries as we learn more about Yah’s/God’s creation.

Many people are not seeing the Bible as authoritative as some polls (i.e. Gardner, PewResearch) are showing this decline over the past decades. Hence, more people are turning to Humanism - which basically states that ‘man’ is the end-all-be-all. I disagree.

But why do Humanists believe that? Is it wrong to ask questions? Absolutely not. Then where is the problem . . . well you’ll have to watch to get that answer. We’ll go over some examples and I’ll illustrate the general problems with their approach.

Please note I'm not trying to condemn anybody but these are conversations that we should be able to have honestly and respectfully. If the Bible is true then what it says really matters and deserves serious consideration.
