Decided to record a day in the Life video at the Prime Inc Springfield terminal.

This is what I do during my downtime when I have to wait a couple days while the truck is being serviced.

Being a trucker does not mean it's okay to neglect fitness. It is difficult to get workouts in on the road and even at the terminal, many truckers still choose to eat like garbage. Not this guy

As you can see this day is not only packed with activity but lots of protein to keep getting in better shape.
