Are You Asking and Looking for A Vision?

We all need a vision to know where we are going in life. And, we need to partner with the Holy Spirit and ask him to open our eyes.

Luke 11:13 “If you ask for the Spirit, you will get the Spirit.” This is a promise from God!

Old Testament example of watching to see what God will say.

Hab 2:1-2 “I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what He will say to me… and God said to Habakkuk to write the vision down and make it plain to see…”

Vision is an extremely important component of our prayer life and we need to be confident in asking the LORD to open our eyes.

James 4:2 “You have not because you ask not.” We need to be bold in our asking.

The Apostle Paul lays out vision beautifully in Eph 1:17-18 “That the God of our Lord Jesus Chris, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation I the knowledge of him, The eyes of your understanding being enlightened: that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints”

Fix your eyes on Jesus
