RECAP: Putin concludes DPRK and Vietnam visits with press conference

Russian troops are making steady progress on the ground, and there's no need to consider a pre-emptive use of nuclear weapons. However, any such attack on the country will be met with a devastating response from Moscow.

That's according to President Putin, who gave a press conference today, wrapping up his state visit to Vietnam and DPRK.
