Mushrooms: 56 grams

Onion: a quarter

Bell pepper: a quarter

Chicken breast: 140 grams

Garlic and rosemary powder: a quarter of a teaspoon

Aromatic leaves: one number

Chicken broth: 3 tablespoons

Grated tomatoes: 140 grams

Green olives: 28 grams

Spinach: 56 grams

Parsley: half a tablespoon

How to prepare

First, chop the mushrooms, onion and bell pepper;

Then fry the chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder with a little oil in a pan;

Remove the ingredients from the pan and fry the mushrooms in the same pan and take them out;

Now fry the onions, bell pepper, rosemary, bay leaf, garlic powder and chicken broth together;

Now add the grated tomatoes, mushrooms, chicken breast, olives and parsley to the mixture and cover the pan so that the ingredients cook together a little;

Finally, add the spinach to the ingredients and after cooking, remove the bay leaf from the mixture.
