Frozen strawberries: half a cup
Frozen mango: half a cup
Frozen pineapple: half a cup
Skim milk: half a cup
Unflavored Greek yogurt: ½ cup
Oat bran: two tablespoons
Dates without seeds: two
How to prepare
Put frozen strawberries, mango and pineapple in a blender. You can use fresh fruit instead of frozen fruit.
