REPORT FROM BELGOROD, Russia, which is just across the eastern border of Ukraine. During an interview with two international journalists, Scott Bennett of the USA and Johnee H. of Australia (both of whom are in Belgorod), they explained that this Russian city is under attack from Ukraine using missiles provided by several other states, which makes them eligible (under international law and the laws of war) for responses by Russia, where Russia has been displaying remarkable restraint and prudence in initiating an exchange during which it would prevail.but at enormous cost to citizens of the world.
