I’VE BEEN INCORPORATING THIS INTO MY DAILY LIFE. IT’S BEEN NICE WALKING AFTER BREAKFAST AND LUNCH. IT FEELS GOOD TO MOVE AND GET THE BODY FLOWING. I KNOW SOMEONE WHO, WHEN THEY WALK OR GO ON HIKES, HAS TO USE THE BATHROOM. IT’S A GOOD THING TO MOVE AND GET THE DIGESTIVE JUICES AND METABOLISM GOING. WALKING IS ONE OF THE BEST EXERCISES.
