33-year-old Jean Olivier was arrested after throwing a meltdown at the Consulate General of Haiti.

Oliver was reportedly complaining about housing before he made his way outside onto a terrace.

He was videoed throwing a chair, what looked like planks of wood, and what appeared to be concrete.

No injuries were reported. The New York Police Department is investigating the matter.
