Man says he was "gettin some girls"

According to detectives, the incident happened after someone pulled out a gun once a fight broke out.

"I was getting some girls and, you know what I'm saying? It was a couple girls over here that I was talking to. It was a couple girls over there that I was talking to outta nowhere."

"Next thing you know, I see cu like come out, like cu came out. I'm like, I like, Hey cu what going on? Cu I walked up to him."

According to the police department, the man was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.
