In September of 2023 Roma Craft released a new cigar to their Intemperance line, the Intemperance Volstead VO 1920 (what a long name!).

According to RoMa Craft Tobac, the branding of the Intemperance line is linked to America’s efforts to ban alcohol and features a logo which was inspired by a famous artifact of the temperance movement, a propaganda poster/political print produced by a temperance hymnodist, A.D. Fillmore in 1855. The Volstead Act was the law created to enforce prohibition. While the law was passed in 1919, President Woodrow Wilson vetoed the law, delayed its implementation until Jan. 17, 1920.

12 Vitolas of this cigar were released, 9 being available immediately upon release. There are 6 regular production vitolas and 6 limited production vitolas, all have unique nomenclature.
