This might be the wackiest political story of the year! Vermont Republican lawmaker Mary Morrissey was caught on a hidden camera set up by Vermont Democrat lawmaker Jim Carroll dumping a glass of water into his tote bag on multiple occasions. Apparently, Morrissey had been “tormenting” Carroll with her childish behavior for five months! Gene Berardelli tries to make sense of Morrissey’s senseless buffoonery.
