SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN BEST WAY TO BUILD MUSCLE
Hello everyone and welcome back to Muscle Central on YouTube. Today we'll take a look at the idea that there's a scientifically proven "best" way to prove muscle.
We hear so often someone say that this study has proven this method to be the best for building muscle or studies show this exercise builds that muscle the best. Is there really a scientifically proven best way?
This is not rocket science. It's really quite simple. Go to the gym, put enough stress on the muscle to illicit a response, feed it the nutrition needed to repair and grow and get sufficient rest. That's about it.
At the end of the day, you need to find what works best for "you", exercise and approach. Put sufficient stress on the Muscle, eat good and rest.
