PROVIDE - the P of Provisionism - People sin and therefore need Provision of salvation

Kevin and I will be examining the 7 points of Provisionism developed by Leighton Flowers as an official explanation of the "Traditional" Baptist soteriology that has always been held by the biblical church.

It is a response to Calvinism and Arminianism and other heretical soteriologies. But it is not a new set of ideas, just a new package and name.

In the "People sin" point, we look first at the Holiness of God and then the sinfulness of man which necessitates the provision of God of "remission of sins".

Next, we'll look at Responsibility.
