Diabolical Inheritance [1993] is a Mexican movie in the vain of the Chucky movies.
This involves a Clown that is sometimes a toy, sometimes a dwarf, but definitely Diabolical.
Seems like it'll be a good laugh but for just 1hour and 18mins it sure drags on.
