Rostov hostages to be probed over possible complicity with terrorists

Russia’s Investigative Committee will investigate all employees from the Rostov pre-trial detention center to determine whether any of them were accomplices of the terrorists who took hostages.

The committee clarified that their commission will determine where the prisoners got the knives and ISIS symbols.

The prosecutor's office will scrutinize the actions of the security forces during the storming of the detention center and how they complied with the law in using their weapons.
