‘Incredible Jump!’ Fox News Anchor Shocked By Poll Showing Biden Winning Independent Voters

Fox News’ Gillian Turner expressed shock on Wednesday over the results of a new NPR/PBS/Marist University poll’s finding that President Joe Biden is running ahead of presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump with independent voters.

After introducing Fox News contributor Deroy Murdock, Turner marveled at the results of the survey.

“Deroy, let’s start here: Biden somehow managed to make this sort of incredible jump leapfrogging over Trump — he was behind,” began Turner. “Let’s go first to the polling for independent voters — just for the control room — he jumped ahead 12 points. So Biden is now leading Trump by two percentage points among independent voters.”
