Negotiators are on-site attempting to talk down the prisoners in pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Rostov, who had earlier confirmed they are members of ISIS, after their capture of two guards.

Footage released by the terrorists appears to show that they are armed with knives and sharpeners, with one insisting that they are “serious” about their demands.

According to initial information, they are now trying to find firearms stored in the pre-trial detention center.
