IRELAND: Tallaght Hospital bans visitors due to "VIRUS OUTBREAK"

LOCKDOWN: Tallaght Hospital has implemented a suspension of all patient visitations, with exceptions only for end-of-life care and critical illness cases. This measure has been taken to safeguard the health and well-being of staff, patients, and visitors in light of current outbreaks of COVID-19 and Norovirus.

A statement released this afternoon elucidated: "Please be advised that visiting hours have been restricted. This action is taken to ensure patient safety and to protect your loved ones from potential exposure to COVID-19 and Norovirus, both of which are currently widespread in the hospital and the surrounding community."
