INGREDIENTS: D 400 gms boneless beef Strips( Or Chicken strips) T 3 tbsp oil 4 garlic cloves chopped 1 tsp salt D ◦1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes ◦ 1/2 tsp italian seasoning of half cup peanuts 10-12 cashews (optional) 1 small bell pepper (cubes) 1 small onion (Cubes) ~4-5 green chillies sliced ~3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce ~ 3 tbsp ketchup 1 chicken cube 1 tbsp sesame seeds to sprinkle + 1 cup cornflour slurry ( 1 cup water mixed with 1 tbsp cornflour)
METHOD: In a wok add oil, garlic, saute, then add beef and spices, saute till 6-8 mins, Add peanuts and cashews,saute, add bell pepper, onion
and chillies, keep stirring Then add all the sauces and chicken cube, give it a mix till cube dissolves, add cornflour slurry, stir and cook until it thickens.all the above mentioned sauces along with honey and sesame seeds. Add cornflour slurry and let it cook and thicken. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and Enjoy with rice.
