Massive Flash Flooding

Info from Licensor: "My father and I were driving to get a coffee when the traffic built up all of a sudden. I jumped out of the car and walked up to the traffic light only to be greeted by a torrent of water. Tasmania sits underneath a large Mountain called Kunanyi or Mount Wellington with multiple streams stretching out and underneath the city. In this case, one of the streams had overflown and breached out onto the road which is very rare."
