Psalm 89:34 KJV: “My covenant I will not break, nor alter the thing that has gone out of my lips.”

Covenant: to enter into a formal agreement: to stipulate: to bind oneself by contract

Covenant is used 292 times throughout the bible. In the King James Version: 272 times in the Old Testament and 20 times in the New Testament.
