MARVEL AND MYSTERIES - INVESTING IN YOUR FAILURES

In the blog post Investing In Your Failures (https://matrixofjustice.org/investing-in-your-failures/), I wrote about some ways that failures can bring life to others in the midst of their pain while relieving you from yours.

For some, a failure might look like a business venture that didn’t take off, or even a relationship that didn’t work out or something else attempted and not achieved. For others, failures are much more personal…embarrassing moments, suffering abuse and feeling ashamed as a result, unworthy and unable to trust anyone.

If your failure was something related to your personal life, or something that failed more publicly, and you still feel guilt and shame over it, you can possess a clean slate and move forward in your life. There is what could be termed a good guilt- that is, a conviction from Holy Spirit that something you did was wrong. That is different from a guilt that leads to constant condemnation, which believers are free from.

Romans 8:1 says, "There is now no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the spirit." So if you are a believer and you are still feeling harassed by your past failures, let’s do something about that. Let’s deal with it, and get some wisdom for the future.
