As President Putin meets with Kim Jong-un in the DPRK capital, RT correspondent Donald Courter brings us this report from Pyongyang

As with other countries that don't play ball with the #InternationalSyndicate, North Korea has been sanctioned almost to the point of starvation, relying on humanitarian aid.
Thankfully, Russia helped. Had they allowed the west and their IMF loans, all sovereignty would be lost.
