New 'divergabout' set to open in Lee's Summit this morning

A new intersection is set to open in Lee's Summit Friday morning at 10 a.m. It's called a "divergabout" and combines a diverging diamond with a roundabout at Route 291 and 50 Highway. Drivers are wary about the changes but MoDOT says everything will go smoothly if people just follow the signs.
