"Hi Struggling, I'm Dad!" is a podcast dedicated to helping people be the best parents, partners and people they can possibly be!

I'm Grant Berardi, a father of soon to be 5 kids, a husband of 15 years, a qualified counsellor and coach with over a decade of experience. This podcast was made due to my passion for helping others reach their fullest potential in as many aspects of their life as possible.

This podcast embodies this passion but also sees the funny side even in the difficult moments. Integrity, character, ownership, leadership and relationship are key themes throughout.

I've made these outlets because I've struggled with fear of failure, anxiety and self-doubt, and would have loved to have had help from someone along the way. I want to be that help for others.
