Court Testimony about 9th Circuit Court of Appeals removing innoculation Liability Protections

On or about June 10th the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals removed liability protections for innoculations that are not Vaccines. This remand was followed by criminal referral requests to district attorneys of 9 Louisiana parishes to initiate criminal investigations against Anthony Fauci and at least 8 others.

1989 Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act suggests that affected families go to their local Sheriff, Police, DA and Attorneys General offices to file criminal charges for murder, and conspiracy to commit murder, demanding that the people responsible be arrested and prosecuted.
