Jerry and Rose are joined by David Tennent, Founder of Capitol CNCT, a Washington D.C. based company looking to curate the next generation of political leaders in Washington. CNCT does this through fostering community and promoting professional development. As a former Congressional staffer, David realized there was a lack of opportunity for staffers to communicate and collaborate with one another. He founded CNCT in an effort to offer staffers the resources and opportunities necessary to affect change and make a greater impact on the Hill.
