1 kg carrots (shredded/grated) 1 litre Milk 1 n half cup sugar (adjust accordingly) 8-9 cardamoms (or 1 tsp cardamom powder) 1 n half cup ghee 1 cup milk powder (l used nido) "Almonds ,pistachios, khoya for garnishing
METHOD: In a pot add carrots, milk and cardamom, Cook at medium flame until milk is dried and carrots get mushy.Takes around 30-40 mins. ( You can Use a hand blender to mash carrots quickly) Then Add sugar, ghee, cook well for 12-15 minutes. Keep stirring in between. Now add milk powder and sliced Almonds .Mix well. Cook at low flame for 12-15 mins until ghee starts coming on the edges. Now garnish with your choice of nuts and khoya and Enjoy
