πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ ~ Phil Lyman as a former County Commissioner of San Juan County Utah, found himself in the cross hairs in 2015, with the Bureaucracy and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). Lyman would lead the community on a peaceful rally / protest and many showed up on their Bikes, jeeps and four wheelers.

This was all a matter of principles for Lyman and taking a stand for his community he represented. Located in Recapture Canyon Blanding Utah, all to exercise their rights to use a local dirt road. A dirt road that had been used for decades and maintained well over a century by the County and "tax payers" since the late 1800's.

Even after letting the BLM know, no surprises and given the go ahead from the BLM, Lyman set out to lead his community for a very simple peaceful rally / protest. A few weeks after the peaceful protest, he was arrested for Trespassing and thrown in jail for 10 days. A man up against the Federal overreach of power, control and use of our lands. He "Paid the Price" for fighting for his community.

Lyman was politically prosecuted and convicted.Β US Senator Mike Lee of Utah, took up his cause and Trump granted him a full pardon. Β

As a current State Rep for his county, he would not let such "Bullying" deter him for doing what he felt was just. Now running for Governor of Utah 2024, all inspired because he feels Utah needs leadership that will take a stand and fight for our use of lands, for our communities and citizens of Utah.

A story of the struggles we hear all to often, occurring all over our Beautiful America. Please Watch and share this Video to hear his story...

As Citizens of Utah, it's important to know the real stories and struggles for those who dare to stand up to and and support our Constitutional rights. As a citizen of this Country and the State of Utah, just hoping many will get to know this man, who by all measures is "Called" for these times. Β
