Summer Oyster Mushrooms

Summer Oyster Mushrooms (Pleurotus pulmonarius) are wild mushrooms/fungus that grow on dead coniferous and deciduous trees in spring and early summer. Summer Oyster Mushrooms can be found throughout the Pacific Northwest and are also known as the Phoenix Mushroom, Lung Oyster, White Oyster Mushroom, and Pale Oyster.
