Many of my followers, including myself find it infuriating that President Biden’s top secret documents scandal ended with no justice while the Jack Smith cases continues to affect former president Donald Trump. Why would Trump’s case not immediately have been dropped based on precedence of Mike Pence’s documents, Clinton’s documents and Joe Biden’s document situation?
I believe one of the contributing factors to President Biden becoming president was the cover up of the 2020 Hunter Biden laptop scandal. Not long ago it was proven to be real and 100% uncorrupted. Could that evidence be used by a future president trump DOJ to go after the 51 intelligence officers that knowingly lied to the American people and could Joe Biden himself be held accountable for knowingly lying in the presidential debate and saying 51 intelligence agents say its fake?

Part of the Trump Hush Money case was was this legal fee somehow hidden to avoid press on an alleged affair. Democrats are saying this is election interference and this is why the case is so big. However, Dan Bongino is saying Hunter Biden’s laptop is proof the government intel agencies meddled in the election and need to be prosecuted with that cover up as their evidence. Thoughts on his comments?

In your estimation, why has every judge against Trump used the gag order provision to keep him from sharing details about his cases? And was this only because he’s Trump or is that common in big trial situations?

When does Freedom of Speech in America cross the line? For example I can say anti semitic things or racial slurs and society will put me in my place, but do they break the first amendment and the people that protested on college campuses over the Israel Gaza war, what was legal and when did it cross the line?

Tell me about about new book The Indispensable Right: Free Speech in an Age of Rage. Why did you write it and what will we learn?

Why was freedom of speech so important to the men that drafted the provision? Was it based on real life experience of living under a king or monarch or why did that become such an important right among Americans?

In your estimation will any of these new actions of President Biden make real changes in the illegal border crossing situation or is this word play to look good before an election?
