The show "The Chosen" is very good - I enjoy this as a person currently learning the gosspils- the guy who plays Jesus is amazing. Tony, what is your take on coffee? I have been doing my research and know way to much about coffee...yet still can't come to a conclusion if it is a pure toxic substance or okay in moderation. I bet people that listen to the show would like a chat about the good & bad of coffee.   coffee is one of the best things to use---up to 5 cups a day stops psorasis of the liver damage ---avg usage should not exceed 3 cups unless dealing with a health issue---I have read all the studies as well most of them arent accurate---bit intodays times nothing is good and all has gone to shit with nano contamnation and nano genetic altering side effects so if you research doesnt include nano toxicology thne 9/10 would be moot T

    Well...since I am an addict I will use your response to come to my final conclusion - I am NOT giving it up. My husband and I have been up and down on quiting so many times that we came up with the perfect T-shirt "I quit quitting coffee" One more question on coffee that I am curious about because it has happened to me twice- after a flu type illness (aka parasite or bacteria infection) I couldn't drink coffee but rather tea. The lack of desire for coffee lasted a month.

    AS i said coffee has benefits ---but so does alcohol--but if it leads to an addiction then the side effects --or the negative may out weigh any benefit---so as I said If you have 1-3 a day then that s in the acceptable range ---if you re dealing with alcoholism then 5 cups aday but if your consumption is just an activation of some element in coffee--and its not necessarily caffeine ---it could be a pesticide or -- some other chemical they maybe using in dehydrating the coffee---then this is what you have to determine---if you cannot walk away from something and control the craving then you either have a mineral deficiency or a B vitamin deficiency ---or dealing with some either emotional or mental issues ---again no judgements just stating the why s and what you should look for T

  they are every other day 8 om eastern---so the next show is thursday then saturday then monday then weds then fri then sun then tuesday tthen thursday then sat etc.
