Reporter Anthony Aguero says the gates at the border in New Mexico have been left wide open. "Apparently the New Mexican government says they need to be open for the monsoon season," Aguero said. "We were in the middle of the desert when we were documenting this. There has been no rain for weeks on end. Several sets of gates were literally welded wide open."
