Kansas Attorney General Announces Pfizer Prosecution

State of Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach held this press conference days ago, to announce prosecution of Pfizer for deceptive statements made to the public about their mRNA Covid-19 product regulated and sold as a "vaccine". This is a multi-state effort being brought against Pfizer by five states, not all of whom have announced their plans yet, but the State of Idaho also intend to prosecute.

The four most egregious misleading statements outlined by AG Kobach are:
- Safe and effective in pregnancy despite safety signals in the trials showing otherwise.
- Denial of safety signals linking the products to myocarditis and/or pericarditis
- Effectiveness against variants when data showed otherwise
- Ability of the product to stop transmission, which is untrue and was not in fact even tested for in their trials.
