Rajat comes from his village to the city of Lucknow with father’s expectation that 'beta gaon ka naam roshan karega', and mother’s three kasams, which will help him in cracking UPSC. But on the first day itself he ends up in a gang, drinks alcohol, and has a crush on a girl, thereby breaking all the three kasams, and endangering dad's dream.
