The term Anunnaki is a generalized term to describe beings that are not from earth as defined by the Sumerians. They're calling these beings megalithic giants in the Bible, and ancient Egyptians called them Minitiru. They say that the gods who came from heaven to earth, and turned mud into a kingdom.
According to the ancient texts, looking at the Enama Elish, the seven tablets of creation, from the Sumerian tales, the Epic of Gilamesh, the epic of Atrahais, and then the Sumerian myth of Adapa. Additionally other texts like the Indian texts like the Mahabharata, the Indian Vedas, the Bhagavad Gita you begin to realize, the stories are also linking up.
Different stories in Egyptian Book of the Dead and The North American indigenous tribes of the Americas, even their historical information and the go into the Bible and Aboriginals historical information all point to the same thing.
Beings from somewhere else, came to this planet and began to build a kingdom or a breakaway civilization on earth.

When you look into these ancient texts , scriptures ,and Papyrus you begin to realize they all seem to come from one central location in the sky, and that's the Pleiadian star system.
