Murder is Wrong… Why do I have to say it?

Murder is Wrong. Every person old enough to talk knows that it is wrong. Yet this putrid government is always looking for ways to kill Justice. Personally I think it might have to do with them wanting an out.

In practical terms this means that there is always some excuse cooked up to let vermin off when they kill people.
