This Week’s Activity and Events:

This week was culminated in the 112-mile bike race around the Island of Oahu, known as the Dick Evans Memorial Road Race. This race originated as the 112-mile bike leg of the very first Ironman Triathlon held on Oahu way back in 1978. This was a grueling and challenging ride and Jay just could not imagine running a marathon right after this. Ironman triathletes are in extreme physical condition to complete a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, and 26.2 marathon all in the same day!
