Season 4 [A Tier] Necromancer LV.200 Hall of the Penitent

This is a fight against the tormented echo of Grigoire scaled to level 200.
I was finally able to pull of an A tier with the new customizations in season 4
- Double Elixirs
- Incense

The Necromancer build is purely seeing how far,
I can push Kalan Edict key passive in *endgame activities* using as much,
- *Golem* 2400%+ in dungeon
- *Minions (buffs)*

*Diablo 4 Tier Ranking*
S Tier - 3 minutes or less
A Tier - 6 to 3 minutes
B Tier - 6 minutes or more

Still work in progress but way better performance than my previous B clear,

- Pit 70+ 2x Elixir/Incense
