God and Genetics

Mutations always delete even when beneficial (Sickle Cell Anemia), Natural Selection doesn't work as is taught because of numerous other factors such as environment (Genetically healthy kids living in war and famine areas die younger than genetically sick children with good nutrition and access to health care), and geneticists in both the Creation and non-Creation camps acknowledge DNA is slowly degrading. (Then how did it make us better in the first place?)
