My Rice Flour Fiasco: When Stenciling on Sourdough Goes Wrong (But Still Looks Kinda Cool)

Tried a gorgeous floral stencil on my sourdough with rice flour (thanks, Walmart for the $3 find!) However, a new brand of rice flour I tired for the first time turned out a bit thicker than I wanted. The design didn’t show through as well as I’d hoped.
