Why Do You Feel WORSE During The Full Moon?

For YEARS people have blamed their mood, sleep, and physical condition upon the full moon. For YEARS doctors/researchers have studied this, and come up with mixed conclusions.

I know I could see the full moon’s influence upon my students. Sometimes I didn’t know the full moon was going on, and wondered “What the heck is happening with my students?!’ Only THEN did I look at the calendar and recognized it was the full moon in action.

WHY Do I Feel Worse During the Full Moon?
It likely could be internal parasites. Prime Time to do a parasite treatment is during the week of the full moon.

Interestingly, the moon's cycle significantly influences the body's circadian rhythm, affecting the activity and reproduction of parasites. This alignment with internal biological clocks means parasites are more active and reproductive during specific phases, notably the full moon.

During a full moon, melatonin production decreases. Melatonin, crucial for rest and immune support, plays a role in reducing the body's ability to defend against parasites, creating an environment conducive to their growth.

Conversely, serotonin, known as the "feel-good" hormone, increases during the full moon. Parasites capitalize on this surge to enhance their mobility, reproduction, strength, and feeding habits. They also use serotonin to form biofilms within the body, hindering the immune system's efforts to eliminate them.

Understanding this intricate relationship between lunar cycles and parasite behavior is essential for effectively eliminating these opportunistic invaders from the body. Initiating a parasite cleanse during the full moon, when parasites are most active and vulnerable, provides optimal conditions for targeting and eliminating these unwanted guests.
