“So, we invite you deeply into your bodies; beginning with your physicalised form, for it is the most dense, it is the most gross, yet it is your most direct experience in this current point of focus. We invite you into this body now. Come closer. Drop in. Feel the aliveness now that was always there yet your attention was not given it. Feel the aliveness that expands from your hands up your arms, into your shoulders and neck and head. We invite you to stay in the body and feel. Feel in your heart, your lungs, feel all the way through your spine, internal organs, your hips, your legs, your knees, your shins, your calves, your feet, your toes. Feel the life. Fully feel. Recognise its texture, its vibration. Recognise this subtle life force that has no age and has no edge. It does not stop at the edges of your physical form, yet you can experience this inside now. This is a boundary-less boundary in consciousness. When you focus on your feeling now, feel with your whole being, your physical body from within. When your mind wants to wander into story, classification, come back to feeling. Stay as feeling. Feeling your being. Effortless. Subtle yet strong. Feel your being“
