What Really Happened In Cuba? Peace Deal?

This week a Canadian Naval vessel made port in Cuba for the first time in several decades, at the same time Russian Naval vessels were in port. What could possibly be going on?

Considering Canada’s Minister of Foreign Affairs did not attend the G7 meeting in Italy, and the Minister of Defense did not attend the Switzerland peace meeting discussing Ukraine, this could only mean one thing.
