FSB detains former head of Ministry of Agriculture dept for stealing over $22 MN

Russian Federal Security agents detained former head of Ministry of Agriculture department Oleg Donskih for alleged theft of 12 billion rubles (over 22 million dollars). Donskih was hiding from the authorities for over 12 years.
