DISCLAIMER:

This episode contains potentially distressing topics, along with a healthy balance of technical issues which you'll see is covered in the episode intro. A disclaimer before the disclaimer, as it were.

This episode delves deeper into the bigger stressors in life, mainly world or current events. This episode was filmed on the back of a random knife attack that happened in Bondi, Australia, and a Priest that was stabbed on a live stream in Australia. I found myself stressed over my family's safety, focused on these events and wanted to help any others that may also be feeling this way to process effectively.

We cover how to protect your kids from fear on a global scale; how to effectively process this fear as an individual and/or parent; and how to self-care whilst juggling caring for others.

"Hi Struggling, I'm Dad!" is a podcast dedicated to helping people be the best parents, partners and people they can possibly be!

I'm Grant Berardi, a father of soon to be 5 kids, a husband of 15 years, a qualified counsellor and coach with over a decade of experience. This podcast was made due to my passion for helping others reach their fullest potential in as many aspects of their life as possible.

This podcast embodies this passion but also sees the funny side even in the difficult moments. Integrity, character, ownership, leadership and relationship are key themes throughout.

I've made these outlets because I've struggled with fear of failure, anxiety and self-doubt, and would have loved to have had help from someone along the way. I want to be that help for others.

All the best,

-Grant Berardi
