VFW Post 6878 Flag Day Event - 2024

VFW Post 6878 of Proctorville annually holds an American flag retirement event coinciding with Flag Day each June 14th.
Flags that were brought into the post and deposited in their flag box are ceremoniously burned per flag etiquette in the rear of their property near their pavilion (shelter). This year Boy Scout Troop 38 of Proctorville and the Rome Guys and Gals 4H Club joined in the event.
