Juries need to hear all evidence, they are smart enough to know if something is relevant or pertinent to the case, stop the silly objections as if the jury are 12 year olds. When the government is strong that means the people are weak, when the people are strong, that means the gov must do the will of the people and must abide by the laws of the people and follow the US Constitution in every instance.
